The Radon Outcomes on Mitigation Solutions (ROOMS) conference is dedicated to national and international scientific community members, radon testers, diagnosticians, mitigators, educators, public stakeholders, business people and authorities and aims to exchange information on solutions to radon problems in new and existing buildings.
This year’s conference is being held in Barcelona from November 24-26, and the deadline for abstract submission for the workshop element of the conference is 30 September. During the conference colleagues exchange experiences and information on radon remediation and prevention systems. Historically, presentations have been very practical, therefore case studies are very welcome. If you feel you could contribute to this year’s conference and would like to share some practical experience please email secretary@radoneurope.org. Note, abstracts should be a maximum of one Word page.
The European Radon Association (ERA) is co-hosting the conference with the Barcelona Association of Technical Architecture (Cateb). The venue is Barcelona Association of Technical Architecture, Carrer del Bon Pastor, 5 · 08021. Registration fees are as follows:
ERA/CATEB members – 75 EUR
Non-members – 150 EUR
Exhibiting companies (one individual registration included) – 400 EUR
(The registration fee includes sessions, coffee breaks, lunch, welcome cocktail, workshop dinner and site visit).
